EUROMET's Focus
EUROMET is focusing its efforts on:
- Ensuring the coordinated European metrology
infrastructure meets all Europe's industrial needs
- Supporting and serving its members in their
endeavours to serve their customers better
- Participating in interlaboratory comparisons for
the worldwide recognition of its measurement standards
- Strengthening collaboration with other Regional
Metrology Organisations and the BIPM.
EUROMET projects
The main activity of EUROMET consists of more
than 276 active projects. These projects are grouped under one of the
twelve subject fields and by the type
of collaboration: cooperation in research, comparisons,
traceability, and consultation on facilities. To date, 368 projects have been
completed out of a total of 600 projects.
